About
CareServ

How We Show up
These operating principles guide how CareServ supports clients, communicates with employees, and manages each technology environment.
Take Ownership
We remain accountable for moving an issue forward, even when another vendor needs to be involved. Clients should not have to determine who is responsible before they can get help.
Communicate Clearly
We use plain language and provide practical context for technology decisions. Clear communication helps leaders understand priorities while giving employees confidence in the support process.
Work Proactively
We monitor, maintain, and document systems rather than relying only on break-fix support. This approach helps reduce recurring issues and creates a stronger foundation for future planning.
Remember Who Technology Serves
Every device, network, application, and security decision supports someone doing real work. In healthcare and senior living, reliable technology can help staff spend less time troubleshooting and more time supporting residents and patients.
Why CareServ Exists
CareServ was founded in 2013 in Cumming, Georgia, by Jeremy Spradlin and Chad Barlan. They brought together experience in technology, business, and senior-care operations. Their goal was to create a better way for organizations to manage the systems their employees rely on every day.
They had seen the frustration caused by slow support, recurring problems, poor documentation, and vendors who passed responsibility from one party to another. In healthcare and senior living, those issues can interfere with communication, documentation, billing, and resident or patient services. CareServ was built to take ownership, explain decisions clearly, and address the broader technology environment instead of treating every issue as an isolated repair.
That approach continues to shape how we work. We monitor systems proactively, document important details, coordinate with outside vendors, and stay involved until an issue reaches a practical resolution. Our experience with organizations and technology providers such as PointClickCare, Microsoft, and Dell also helps us navigate interconnected environments without losing sight of the people using them.
Today, CareServ supports organizations that depend on reliable technology across daily operations, with particular depth in healthcare and senior living. We help teams manage change, reduce avoidable disruption, and make informed technology decisions. The result is a working relationship grounded in accountability, plain-language communication, and an understanding that technology ultimately serves people.
